Cancellation and Refund

Platform-Based Order Management

At PenAime, all product sales, order processing, and fulfillment are carried out through reputed eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and others. As a result, all cancellation and refund processes strictly follow the policies and procedures of the respective platforms.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment, depending on the cancellation rules of the eCommerce platform where the order was placed.

  • To cancel your order, please log in to your account on Amazon, Flipkart, or the relevant platform and check your order history.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible. However, if eligible, you may choose to return the product after delivery.

Refunds

  • Refunds are managed by the eCommerce platforms in accordance with their return/refund policies.

  • After the return is approved and the item is received back by the platform, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • PenAime does not handle or process direct refunds for platform-fulfilled orders.
