Platform-Based Order Management
At PenAime, all product sales, order processing, and fulfillment are carried out through reputed eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and others. As a result, all cancellation and refund processes strictly follow the policies and procedures of the respective platforms.
Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before shipment, depending on the cancellation rules of the eCommerce platform where the order was placed.

To cancel your order, please log in to your account on Amazon, Flipkart, or the relevant platform and check your order history.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible. However, if eligible, you may choose to return the product after delivery.
Refunds

Refunds are managed by the eCommerce platforms in accordance with their return/refund policies.

After the return is approved and the item is received back by the platform, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

PenAime does not handle or process direct refunds for platform-fulfilled orders.
