Shipping

At PenAime, all orders are fulfilled through trusted eCommerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and others. Once a customer places an order, the respective platform takes over the shipping process — from collecting the product from our warehouse to delivering it to your doorstep.

  • All shipping logistics, including delivery timelines, shipping charges (if any), and tracking updates, are handled according to the policies of the respective eCommerce platform.

  • Customers will receive tracking information directly from the platform after the product is dispatched.

Exchange & Return

All exchange and return activities are governed by the return/exchange policy of the eCommerce platform through which the order was placed.

  • If you encounter any issues with your order, please initiate a return or exchange request via the same platform (e.g., Amazon or Flipkart).

  • PenAime does not manage direct exchanges or returns for orders processed through third-party platforms.

Platform Responsibility

PenAime ensures the quality and readiness of products dispatched from our warehouse. However, once the order is handed over to the eCommerce platform:

  • Shipping, delivery, tracking, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are entirely managed by the platform.

  • Customers are encouraged to review the respective platform’s policies for detailed terms.
